Delay Management Strategies
This is a thread where one user thinks of a possible delay/breakdown/etc. that affects service, and then has to think of how to reroute trains to maintain regular operation.
I'll start with an easy one.
Northbound :: train broke down at 7 Avenue (in Brooklyn).
Time: Rush Hour
Probable Duration: 45 minutes
What would you do?
