Question about ConRail in New Jersey Empty Question about ConRail in New Jersey

Does anyone think that the ConRail Elizabethport Industrial route and the Morristown & Erie Railway Staten Island Branch be well suited for rapid transit? Perhaps a subway? Also, would it be a good idea to bring service to Jersey Gardens Outlet?

Right now at the time, any expansion plans for NJT is automatically labeled as a bad idea because of the spending limits :(

Well, actually, I'm doing a map on it, so I just ignore any problems NJ Transit is having.
